Payments and Fees

Payment for services are due at the time of your appointment.

Accepted forms of payment:

• Cash, in U.S. Dollars

• Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express

• Electronic credit payments via ApplePay, Google Pay, & Samsung Pay

• Personal, business, or cashier's checks processed as electronic deposit

• CareCredit

At this time, we are unable to accept remittance via electronic payment applications such as PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, and CashApp, or cryptocurrency.

We are pleased to work with three convenient lenders to facilitate your treatment :

Each company provides different services based on the amount and term of financing.

Insurance

Cherry Log Oral Surgery is a non-participating (out-of-network) provider on all dental and medical insurance plans.  

Please bring your dental insurance information with you at the time of your consultation so that we can help maximize reimbursement.

Please remember that you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
